Michael Martines, CEO / Partner
As President and Partner, Mike brings more than 23 years of construction industry experience to MPC. His hands-on project management approach begins during the predevelopment phase and carries through construction operations and closeout. By placing a strong emphasis on accurate pricing from schematic design through construction documentation, Mike is able to effectively manage client expectations and schedules. His experience spans verticals from multi-family, to retail, to office and includes wood-frame, steel and concrete structures.
Prior to establishing MPC, Mike was the Vice President of Construction for Greystar Development where he oversaw all aspects of the organization, including business development, construction operations and relationship management. His resume also includes roles at Mobil Oil Corporation and Tyree Organization where he served in various engineer and project manager capacities.
Mike holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is registered as a Class A General Contractor with the International Code Council (ICC).
Cory Palmeiro, COO / Partner
As MPC Vice President and Partner, Cory manages all multi-family construction activities, including preconstruction, estimating, operations, personnel, client relations and cost management. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Cory has successfully managed over 8,000 units of apartments and student housing. The projects have been of various size and style, ranging from garden complexes, to student housing, to high-density mixed-use buildings.
Cory began his career with Greystar Development and Construction in Houston, TX where he served as field superintendent, preconstruction manager, project manager and senior project manager. After relocating to Denver in 2003 to manage Greystar’s multi-family operations in Colorado, he continued to grow the company’s presence both regionally and nationally. Cory’s success in the A/E/C industry is defined by his devotion to building and maintaining solid client relationships through open communication, accurate budgeting and cost projection, and detailed scheduling.

Tony Lajimodiere, CFO / Partner
As Vice President of Finance, Tony provides leadership and coordination of the finance and administration of MPC. This includes budgeting and strategic planning, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash management, and monitoring a comprehensive set of controls and procedures designed to mitigate risk. He represents MPC to government agencies, various audits, banks, and third-party consultants.
Tony also works closely with project management teams and MPC’s accounting staff to implement the most current technology available to our industry. This includes embracing mobile technology, paperless systems, and construction payment management. He focuses on building strong relationships with industry experts, in both development and subcontracting entities, through continuous communication and consistently striving to exceed expectations.
