Get a Bird's Eye View of Construction Progress
Forestar recently awarded Martines Palmeiro Construction (MPC) the contract for construction of Littleton Commons Apartment community located in Littleton, Colorado. The community will occupy a 23 acre suburban site and consist of a 385 unit garden style apartments with 358,683 net rentable square feet (NRSF). The project includes 13 residential structures, 7 carriage house structures, 10 garage structures and a clubhouse. The project is planned with amenities for tenants including a pool, gym, dog park with washing facility, bike storage and bike repair shop. Littleton Commons is being built using Forestar's standards for sustainable building practices which focus on reducing energy and water consumption.
