MPC to Build Sloan's Lake Apartments
MPC has signed a contract with Sloan’s Lake Apartments, LLC to construct a 369 unit apartment project near Sloan’s Lake.
The project is located within the St Anthony’s Central redevelopment area south of 17th St in Denver, Co. The project will consist of two 4-story buildings located on the south west corner of the redeveloped parcel.
The developer, Trammel Crow Residential, has planned for high end luxury apartments with 2 courtyards, a pool, outdoor kitchen, spa, and other amenities. The project is close to the light rail station on Colfax and is a few blocks west of Invesco Field at Mile High. The project is scheduled to begin July 22, 2014.
