Denver's Newest Residential High Rise
In 2014, the City of Denver issued its largest building permit for MPC's project in the Uptown neighborhood of Denver -- contributing to Denver's building boom as highlighted in the a recent article in the Denver Business Journal.
The Alexan Uptown will be 12 stories tall with 372 units. It is constructed with 5 stories of concrete and 8 stories of the Prescient System. There are 440 parking spaces located on one below-grade level and four above-grade levels.
The construction budget is $62,000,000.
