Burnet Marketplace to Start Construction
Argyle Residential, L.L.C. recently awarded Martines Palmeiro Construction the general contract for the construction of the Burnet Marketplace Apartments located in North Austin, Texas.
The development is a 343 unit, 5 story structure wrapped around a cast in place parking garage (568 Spaces). Wood framing is type V over type 1 podium where the building is 5 stories; and, type V over SOG at the 4 story sections.
The building also includes 14,000 SF of retail under the podium.
The project is planned with many amenities for tenants including space for a restaurant/pub, gym, pool, extensive green spaces, a business center and grand high tech clubroom.
